UPGRADE Group has designed and developed its very own learning & evaluation platform with the training needs of large and multipurpose organisations in mind. The platform is called WeObjectify, because that is exactly what it is designed to do – objectify complex behaviours and skills, in order to make them observable and actionable.

WeObjectify is a fully customisable, multipurpose and powerful assessment and evaluation platform that puts the organisation in full control of employee training demand analysis, progress monitoring and observational feedback.

Full control over the design of skills assessment

No out-of-the box solutions. UPGRADE works with their clients to build meaningful training and assessment materials, which target exactly the areas of employee development required.

Skills analysis, observation and monitoring

WeObjectify is not just a testing and assessment tool. The quizzes and assessments are designed to identify areas of skill weakness so that a training program can be developed for that individual personally. The individual users can then be assigned additional assessment exercises and activities, upload interaction videos for trainer observation and track their progress.

In-built booking system

The UPGRADE method implements individual training calls and feedback rounds into its programs. The WeObjectify platform allows participants, trainers and observers to book calls and set availability directly within the platform.

Microassessment

Microlearning is all the rage. UPGRADE believes in this model of learning too, but also in the same concept applied to assessment. The WeObjectify platform facilitates continuous knowledge-checking and monitoring throughout the course of a training intervention so that participants are always checking and solidifying their learning and skills development.
